There are numerous versions of Windows that continually receive security updates. Sometimes this makes installing or running applications difficult. Review the tips below if you are having trouble installing or launching CellarInfo.

• If you receive a message when trying to install that you must be an administrator to install CellarInfo, right-click on Setup.exe and select “Run as administrator.”

• If you receive a message when trying to launch CellarInfo that Windows can’t open the file or the file type is not recognized, make sure you have installed the Microsoft Access 2010 or 2013 full program or the runtime files.
